I'm currently a staff photographer at The Buffalo News and have enjoyed assignments from several national and European publications and News Wire Services, including the New York Times, Newsweek, The New York Post and Daily News, The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, The Scotsman, MTV, Viacom and The Associated Press.
I'm an alumnus of The Eddie Adams Workshop where I was awarded in invitation and internship from The White House photo staff and embedded with them.
I'm a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where I earned a degree in Photojournalism and was the recipient of The Charles E. Field Scholarship for Excellence in Photojournalism.
I have won regional and national awards from the New York News Publishers Association, The Associated Press, The National Press Photographers Association and The Society of Newspaper Design.
My greatest achievement is being the father of daughters Scotia Grace and Story Ann.
